Shipments inside Italy
The delivery methods are:
• home delivery with GLS courier
• or pickup at the nearest GLS premises (*).
(*) Hold for pickup service
This service allows the consignee to pick up the shipment at the nearest GLS office, presenting an identity document and the GLS shipping number.
The service is available from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.30, Saturday morning from 9.00 to 12.00.
NB: If you wish to avail yourself of the Hold for pickup service, please specify it in the "notes" field that appears before the final confirmation of the order. We will contact you to give all the details on the GLS office closest to you.

Orders placed during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm) will be accepted on the same day and delivery will be carried out in accordance with the terms set for the chosen country and type of delivery. No shipments are available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, so orders are shipped the next business day.
It is important to provide the correct email address and phone number when placing your order.
If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will reschedule a second delivery attempt the next day.
In the event that the customer is also absent on the second delivery attempt, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.
It is also possible to order the delivery to an alternative address (e.g., workplace).

When delivered outside Italy, parcels may be subject to import customs duties, payable once the goods have reached the specified destination. Policies vary considerably from country to country, so we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Return and right of withdrawal
Procedure for requesting the return of a product:
• If you have an account, log into your profile using the "Login" button at the top right, then click on "Product return", click on the order. You can select then the items for which you want make the return. Tape the reason and press the "Refund request" button. You will receive confirmation by email.
• If you have placed your order as a guest (unregistered user) please click here and fill in the form. You will be contacted by email shortly.
After you requested the return using one of the two methods indicated above, send the product to be returned by the courier of your choice to the following address:

The shipping costs of the returned product are charged to the customer.
We will reimburse the customer for the full amount already paid, net of shipping expenses.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned undamaged, with the original labels and neat wrap in order to maintain the original packaging.
Exchange
You can request an exchange for any product within 14 days from the delivery date.
• If you have an account, enter by using the "Login" button at the top right, then click on "Product return" and click on the order. Once inside the order, you will be able to select items you want to exchange. Please enter the reason and press the button to finalize the procedure. You will receive confirmation letter to your email address.
NB: If you do not remember or have lost the password, you can recover it with the special function on the login page. You will receive an email with the password reset.
• If you have placed your order as a guest (unregistered user) please click here and fill in the form. You will be contacted by email shortly.
Upon notice by e-mail, our courier will come to pick up the item to be exchanged within 3 days after you filled out the form. Please be at the pick-up address.
Alternatively, you can take the package to the GLS office closest to you. In this case, please specify in the notes that you will take the package yourself to the GLS office.

The GLS offices are open from Monday to Friday 8:00 am am to 1:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6.30 pm, Saturday morning from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm.
It will be possible to change the size and / or color of the same purchased item. It is not possible to make an exchange for a different item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned undamaged, with the original labels and neat wrap in order to maintain the original packaging.
N.B. If the parcel is to be picked up by GLS:
• The courier will come only once to pick up the parcel after a notice by email or phone. Make sure that there is someone at the indicated address to be able to carry out the pick-up correctly. Otherwise, the pick-up will not be carried out automatically, and you will have to request the exchange / return again.
• The shipping cost of the first exchange is at our expense, therefore free for the customer.
• In case of failure to collect the first time, the cost for any subsequent changes will be borne by the customer.
Exchange or Return from other counties
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns from other counties are charged to the customer.
